The apartment is 110 m2, airy, quiet and has a view of the external side of the building. We have 3 bedrooms (two with air-conditioning), all with fans and beds. In total, we have 2 full beds, 2 single beds and 2 extra mattresses. The property has 2 bathrooms, the social area is very spacious and equipped with a heater. The kitchen is also renovated and spacious. It has a table for quick meals, a refrigerator with freezer and all the basic utensils. The space The property has a very spacious and airy living room, with 2 environments, one for television and one for dining. The property is in a family building, a quiet neighborhood, where everyone knows each other, including the doormen. Our home was designed for us to live in and we are renting it out for short periods to supplement our mother's income. Guest access The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the beach, close to subway stations and busy streets. In the vicinity, we have markets, bakeries, pharmacies, gyms, bars, restaurants, and bus stops. It is one of the safest and most family-friendly places in Copacabana.
