A 2 day notice is required to heat the pool sufficiently if you require further heating. (Duke energy has recently increased their rates & I charge only for the electricity the heater costs) Please note: Pool Heating requests over 85 degress will require an additional fee increase. You will need to agree to keep the solar pool cover on at nite or when not in use to help maintain temperature. The solar pool cover is on a roller and easily uses a wheel to roll up and out. Florida Naturel Springs are a constant 72 degrees year round and quite swimable. (Fun area note: there are several locations to drive to for an enjoyable day out...Try Wekiva Springs, minutes away! ) Payment must be paid prior to your stay via various methods, payment sent thru a request on Air BnB. It does reach 104 degrees & It is a plugged in OPTION and it remains off unless you want to use it. If you are travelling with children, please be aware it is not a jumping toy and the cover is closed unless you want to use it with prior notice to me. At the moment, the Spa/hot tub fee is $35 1-3 nites, further discounted to $75 for a 4-7 nite stay, 8-14 nite stay and $240month. I will need to know if you want to use it 24 hours ahead of your reservation. About Cameras: There are security & safety cameras set up at the front entrances & at the front side pool gates. There are absolutely no cameras in the back yard or pool/spa areas to maintain your privacy & enjoyment. Please don't hesitate to inquire about them Guest access Guest use of the washer dryer are in the garage, but parking can be made available in the garage for 1 car only, upon request. (at this time due to some storage in garage) Guests MAY NOT register for anyone else. Registered guest must be staying in the home. Please tell me who will be staying with you. Guests arriving with more than the registered count, or pets, will be asked to leave. There will be no refunds. I believe the fee will be $20/day or a set fee depending on how long you will be staying....7 or 14 days?....so I would max it to $350 per month. I have found that during Dec-April, the pool water is about 56-72 degrees, maybe warmer. You must pay any pool heating fees directly thru air bnb. Upon your request I will send the request for the fees to be paid, however I will refund any pool fees if you decide not to use it. We use solar blankets to cover the pool at night. You agree with the request to heat the pool to help with warmth during the colder seasons to keep the pool covered when not in use and every night during colder months during your stay.
