Our beautiful palace on the mountain with stunning views over the valley and Imperia city and to the sea. You will not find an impersonal and dated vacation bungalow here but a cozy and tastefully furnished house where you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. We (Imca and Timo) also stay here 8 weeks a year. The space The vacation home consists of 1 floor. A large open kitchen, directly attached to the living room with fireplace. Bedroom with private bathroom. The house is equipped with every comfort. The house has a fast internet connection, so you can watch TV through the dongle. This way you have all the channels you could wish for at your disposal. There is 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 large bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a cot. There is also a storage room for the garden items and a technical room. In total, there are currently 7 sleeping places for adults and 1 sleeping place for a baby. Due to the atmosphere and layout, the house is also very suitable for 2 people, for example. The house is rented by you alone. In addition, the vacation home is very personally decorated. Our dogs Truffel and Mr. Janssen also come on vacation and have a lovely fenced garden. So, if you want to bring your pets to Casa Perlei, that's no problem. They can run and sunbathe in the garden. The house is located in an authentic olive grove of about 1200 m2. Enjoy swimming in the pool with outdoor shower and sun terrace. The garden and the parking lot are enclosed by an electric fence and can accommodate several cars.
