Plus, you are only minutes to downtown or nearly anywhere in the Treasure Valley. Work and play are easy here. The space This studio is ground level w/private entrance, and free street parking. Equipped like a hotel room, you will find a queen bed, desk, TV, coffee cart, mini-fridge, microwave and a full bathroom. Plus, with internet you can work remotely or stream your favorite shows at the end of long day. Guest access Your space is entirely private, but is connected to a larger townhouse, which is also a part of a pocket-neighborhood of 4 homes. The entrance is street facing and easy to find. There are no shared common spaces and no shared driveway access. Parking is on the street only, which is free and ample. It is a perfect launch pad for sight-seeing and a quiet place to land. Observed neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Other things to note This space is modern and efficient. It will meet the needs of 1 or 2 guests, but no more than 2 are permitted. No parties or events can be accommodated inside or outside. If you are bringing your furry family member, please be sure that you have included them on your reservation. No more than 2 pets are permitted and there is a charge for each pet at the time of booking. To avoid additional pet fees, please be diligent about pet clean up both inside and outside of the casita. We want your pet to have a great stay too, so please do not leave them alone for extended periods of time. To avoid unwanted damage or undue anxiety for your pet in your absence, consider using a kennel. There are also many doggy daycares nearby to offer activity and TLC if your schedule while visiting requires extended time away from your pet. Free street parking. The driveway is for homeowners and emergency vehicles only. This is a strict neighborhood policy, so any infringement can result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. NO smoking anywhere on the property. A minimum cleaning charge of $500 will be applied for violation of this policy and will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. NO hot plates or open flames (including candles, incense, camping stoves, etc). This space does not accommodate on-going cooking beyond heating or reheating small occasional meals in the microwave.
