It is excellent for remote working because work tables are provided. For outdoor exercise: We have what you need if you want to do some running or outdoor sports. Havukoski outdoor recreation area is only a 10-minute walk away, and Kuusijärvi lake is nearby. Rautkallio playground is only 400 meters away. For hiking, Sipoonkorpi national park is also only 3km away. Kuusijärvi lake with experiences and services such as saunas, ice swimming and skiing in winter, running trails, bike trails, bike rental, and an outdoor fires area. The trails are lit at night, and the ski trails also have lights in the mornings in winter. There is an ice skating rink in the winter less than a 5-minute walk away. If you refuse to go running, that is okay - we'll call that resistance training or learning to say no or both. You can get to central Helsinki by public transport in around 40 minutes, either by bus or train. The apartment is also conveniently close to the airport (by public transport 20-30mins, with a car/taxi 15mins). There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and a train station just a 15min walk away. The place is 45 minutes from the Helsinki expo centre by public transport. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. There are restaurants, bigger shops, and a shopping mall nearby in Koivukylä. You can rent a city bike from close by in the summer. Suitable for a group of up to 4 if you book this and the other room in the apartment There is more than enough closet space in each room. The apartment has a shared kitchen, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, and dishware. Guest access The entire space is available to guests, except the other bedrooms. During your stay I hand over the keys, say hi and give a house tour. Other things to note Service is available in English and Finnish. This apartment is not just an investment property; it is our home, so we have some of our things there. We trust that you will treat them with respect and privacy. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the first floor, i.e. not the ground floor but one above it. Self-service, no cleaning provided! Earlier or later(for a 20€ fee) can be discussed outside of the regular check-in/out times
