The space The studio is light, bright, airy, functional, comfortable and quiet. It's furnished with a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge & freezer; mini oven with stove top; kettle and toaster, gas cooking plate (for load shedding) so you can self-cater as you wish. Other amenities include uncapped, free Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace and on-site parking for a small hutch-back vehicle. There is also ample storage space for luggage and sports gear on the property. There is a braai area with comfortable couches and a dining table which extends your living space. Soak in the view looking onto the tranquil garden that is suitable for yoga sessions, post-surf workouts or just lazing around in the sunshine. Guest access The flat has its own entrance to the property and opens up onto the beautiful garden that's perfect for sunbathing, yoga, workout on the grass, chill in the hammock, etc. You're rented space extends to the braai / barbecue area that has comfy outdoor seating and a dining table. Other things to note There's ample (unpaid) street parking. There is no TV or microwave. Internet is uncapped so you can stream off any of your devices and there's a toaster, oven & stove to reheat any convenience meals and to fulfil your self-catering needs.
