Cozy City Cottage, Northwest Bristol
Cozy City Cottage, Northwest Bristol
Description
Bristol was voted no. 1 place to live in the UK! Kick back and relax in this tranquil, homely space in a friendly Bristol cul de sac. A great base to visit/ or work - 4 minutes on the train (or a 10 minute drive) into Clifton. Handy shops and a cute community cafe at the top of the road. Sea Mills train station a few minutes walk away, down by the beautiful River Avon. The back of the house looks out onto conservation woods so it feels green & peaceful yet easy access to city centre. The space Our home includes a light and airy double bedroom (as shown in photos), and a cosy single bedroom if bringing a third person or child - both situated upstairs. Shared bathroom with shower only (+ extra WC downstairs). The beds have electric blankets for cooler months and we provide all towels and bedding. Please note my daughter and her boyfriend are returning for the summer mid June until late October so only the single room (at a slightly lower rate) is available during that period. Just message us to ask what’s available at the time you’d like to visit. Guest access Guests are welcome to use kitchen, front living room and garden spaces between 7am-10pm. From 10pm and 7am are quiet hours on weekdays as we all work. Please do not book with us if you tend to be nocturnal as we need our sleep! 😴 During your stay We’re around most evenings and can help you with anything you need during your stay. We often retreat for our own quiet time after work, but can be quite sociable during the weekend (when we’re around). Other things to note Our ethos is Home not Hotel. BT internet connection - fast fibre broadband. Reviews before April 2026 are for our previous house in Henbury. We are much closer to city centre here with many more public transport links. Portway (the A road into town) can be heard from the house.
