The bus stop is right in front of the house. The subway is 10 -15 minutes, the ship docks 5-minute walk away - this makes planning your stay very easy. Especially since you can work from home with a beautiful view of the Golden Horn and the entire historic peninsula. The space The flat is located in Kasımpaşa on the seaside and is very very central. (Galata, Eminönü, Beyoğlu, Taksim). The flat is on the 5th floor and has two bedrooms. There are two beds and one couch that you can transform into a double bed. The flat is private entire home and is not shared one and has no balcony and no lift. Other things to note HOUSERULES To enter the house with shoes, to smoke in the flat, having pets, friends staying over night or parties, dinner are not allowed. •All the visitors must leave the flat untill 11pm. •Between 23-07 o’clock is resting time. To keep the silence in the night is required: •no party, no dinner, no barbecue in the evening •visitors are not allowed to be in the flat after 11pm. •silence in coming and going absolutly required •to do every thing in low volume The flat has no fire and flood insurance. The flat has no burglary insurance.
