The house is located about 650 meters from the beach, in an upscale neighborhood of Praia Grande, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and commerce in general. The beach has calm and clean sea, a shoreline full of good kiosks and restaurants, and in the summer periods it has a structure for practicing water sports such as stand up, banana boat and kayak.
