The space BEDROOM: Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, while bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 65" smart TV which you can use it access your YouTube accounts and other online streaming platforms. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and additional online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you must use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. NOTE: Dryer is currently unavailable. PARKING: If you have a car, the garage can accommodate up to 2 cars. However, if you need additional parking space, there is pay-per-hour street parking available nearby. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, common garden, rooftop, gym, pool, spa and sauna throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
