Waterfall lodge

The lodge is decorated in Alpine Style. In the morning, you can drink a freshly brewed Nespresso with warm, whipped milk on the authentic, covered balcony with fantastic views of the mountains and a forest. Or join the wooden sitting area with dining table to enjoy fresh warm rolls from the bakery. After a lovely walk or exhausting ski trip, you can enjoy the Finnish sauna. An invigorating shower in one of our luxurious bathrooms is then a treat. The space 137M Waterfall lodge / Alpine style 3 Bathrooms 1 sauna + shower 4 Bedrooms - 3 x double beds (180/200) - 2 bunk beds Balcony Distance to Zilllertal Arena ski area is about 10 min by car/ski bus Distance to warm bakery is 1 minute walking Distance to a children's meadow (0-5 years) is 20 meters. :) This is suitable for sledding (present in our house), 1st meters skiing for small children Distance to waterfall (10 minutes walk through forest behind our house). Guest access All rooms can be used! There is a large seating area for 10 people! There is a very spacious sauna. There is a washing machine and dryer (Miele). Other things to note The price for 1 week's rent is listed in the calendar (7 x the price per night). Please note! This is ONLY the price for the rent of the house, the use of the house, gas, water, electricity and the sauna. In addition, the price includes: - Cleaning 265 euros one time - Tourist tax 2.10 per person per night - bed linen, towels (+ sauna) 19.50 per person - 1 pet costs 17.50 per pet per night A deposit of 650 euros is required. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there is no damage. In the past 3 years, no deposit has ever been withheld because our guests treat our house as if it were their own. It looks great!
