You are welcomed to this centrally-located, apartment style accommodation - your home away from home. Perfect, whether travelling for work or looking for a relaxing stay or long term getaway! A 4 minute drive to town center, the mountains or vineyards, whichever you prefer. We look forward to hosting you! The space Upon entering this apartment, you are greeted with a tranquil setting and a hint of yesteryear opulence. Come from your work engagements and relax or start your getaway with a freshly brewed coffee, just to unwind! The space encompasses a separate, large bedroom with queen size extra length bed and lots of natural light. A study nook is available (desk and chair) for those who need to get some work done during the stay. As part of a very large open plan area, a separated sleeping area has a further two single beds, ideal for the kids travelling along. The remainder of the apartment is an open plan area which has a dedicated lounging area as well as a dining area (5-8 seater table) and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals. The kitchen has a full-size fridge freezer, a combination oven/microwave/griller as well as a induction plate. A bean-to-cup machine for delicious coffees is provided. A full, private bathroom is available with fresh towels, a bath, basin, toilet and shower. You have the entire space to yourself and we try and make all our guests feel right at home. Kindly note this is a private section of a family home you are renting. We have two children to brighten our lives and they run and play around the entire property! Guest access Private entrance with self-check in via lockbox. Secure, on site parking behind gate for a single vehicle. Special arrangements may be made for larger vehicles ("bakkies" and SUV's) that do not fit in behind the gate. Further on street parking available. Our City bylaws dictate quite time after 22:00. Whenever arriving after this time, we ask that you show consideration to our neighbours. During your stay We generally keep to ourselves, but would not mind engaging with our guests if so required. Our two children run around the property and might greet you on the way past! Other things to note Outside staircase as access with own entrance. Please note, access is via a flight of stairs which could be challenging for some individuals. On stays longer than a week, full servicing of the unit is included at a time convenient to our guests(no weekend servicing). We respectfully require our guests to adhere to City bylaws, which includes quite time after 22:00. This includes excessively loud talking, loud disturbances, noises and music. The unit is not available for parties whatsoever. As we live in a close-knit neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours' privacy. This property is part of a family home where two children also reside. Please ensure all is clear before driving in or out and that the gate is closed before leaving. No matter what the children tell you, they may not leave the property! Please contact us immediately if this happens.
