Enjoy a nice Studio in a homestay, independent and fully equipped, in a house in the City Center of Muret. Tastefully decorated, it will allow you to have a pleasant stay in Muret and the Toulouse region. All you have to do is put your bags down! Bed linen, towels, breakfast and cleaning are included in your booking. Our house is just a 15-minute walk from Muret train station and 10 minutes from public transport to Allées Niel. The space The "studio" of 28 m2 is independent and fully equipped. It includes: - one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed. A closet, a dresser, and a shoe cabinet. - a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchenette (microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, refrigerator, stovetop) and a workspace. - a bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The "studio" is fully equipped for your stay. A cozy place for your stay in the Toulouse area and in Muret. Guest access The "studio" will be at your disposal during your stay. The washing machine and household equipment are in our adjoining garage. Access to the pool is restricted to family members. The cleaning is carried out by us between each stay. Nevertheless, for the respect and comfort of all guests, please return the "studio" tidy and maintained. Other things to note Linens (towels, bed sheets, dish towel) are provided. A self-service breakfast will be available. Don't forget to let me know in advance about any intolerances or allergies you have :) Access to the studio is independent. You have to go through the garage to access the interior terrace where the studio is located. Access to the interior terrace via 3 steps. Swimming pool access for a fee of €15/day (from 10 am to 7:30 pm) per person - Towels provided. Unsupervised swimming pool under your own responsibility. Rules posted in the property.
