The space Private, adult only space, complete with modern comforts, sleeps two, with king size bed, contemporary fully fitted kitchen, utility with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, lounge with log burner and patio doors directly onto private courtyard area. Modern bathroom and full central heating. There is a locked and curtained connecting door for complete privacy from the School Masters house to the school (where we live) in the hallway. The photo showing the outside of the property lit up is the whole of the property and the schoolmasters is the two storey part to the right of the photograph. The view from the bedroom is over fields facing south and east. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Free private parking directly in front of the property. A true escape from busy life. Guest access Security key box entry. The bathroom and bedroom are upstairs. Please be aware the staircase is narrow, and there is one step into the bedroom and one step into the bathroom once upstairs. Other things to note Please note we have a lovable and friendly Cockapoo called Ralph. This is a rural location and the internet can be sketchy. Please be aware that the tv may buffer when the signal occasionally may drop out. However, this is highly unlikely. There are numerous pubs within a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. If you have any special requests we would be more than welcome to accommodate.
