BEDROOMS & BATHS: Primary Suite: Private escape with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, and three full closets. Guest Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen bed. Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, perfect for kids. Guest Bathroom: Conveniently located for the two guest rooms. OUTDOOR AREA: Ground-level outdoor bar area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Hurricane-impact windows, updated AC, and a newer water heater ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. A public boat ramp is just minutes away for jet skis, kayaks, or boating adventures. You’ll also be within walking distance to top-rated restaurants, local shops, and recreation spots. Beach gear is provided to make your days in the sun simple and fun. Whether you’re here for sunset walks on the beach, boating and fishing, or quiet evenings on the lanai, this coastal retreat offers comfort, convenience, and the best of Florida beach living. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, screened lanai, and the ground-level outdoor bar area. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a smart lock upon your arrival. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable vacation. Other things to note Beach Gear: We provide some beach gear to make your days in the sun simple and fun. Fireplaces: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use. The outdoor fire pit is not a guaranteed amenity; instructions are provided, but guests are responsible for supplying their own propane. Grill: Please note that this property does not offer a BBQ grill as an amenity. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no ice maker. Please plan on purchasing ice. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and soap for the first few days. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay. ow Clearance: Please watch your head while walking under the home in the storage and lower entertainment area. The garbage truck will arrive Tuesday and Friday morning. - Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays - We will have a trash valet service pick up and drop off trash to the curb on those days - so you dont need to worry about moving the cans Trash Fines: The city imposes a $250 fine if trash bins are placed at the curb before 7 PM the night before pickup or left out past 7 PM on the day of service. Any fines incurred during your stay will be passed on to you.
