In addition to your restful space, you'll find a cozy sitting area equipped with a TV and sound system, which can double as a practical workspace if needed. The cleaning fee covers the exit clean after your stay. Additional services like extra linen or towel changes, mid-stay cleaning, and extra products (e.g., toilet paper) can be arranged at an extra cost. Guest access You will have full and exclusive use of the apartment. The entire apartment is set up for your private use. The apartment is located within the Empire Apartment complex in Muizenberg. This is primarily a residential apartment complex and not a hotel, so guests need to respect the rules of the facility. Secure parking is provided in the basement of the building. Each bay is exclusively assigned to each apartment. Please make sure to only use the parking bay assigned to your apartment. Access to the building is through a security-controlled reception area. Guests will need to provide a copy of their ID and complete the security access and fingerprint registration upon check-in. The security office closes at 5 p.m., so guests need to arrive before this time to get registered. All entrance doors to the apartment complex are controlled by fingerprint access. There are a few facilities that are not available for guest use in the complex, namely the surfboard storage and bike storage areas. Waste drop-off is located in the basement area and guests can discard any full bags of rubbish and their recycling in the basement facility. Other things to note Please note that we are a self-catering holiday rental company. This means that our service is designed for independent stays where guests are responsible for their own day-to-day needs. While we offer a cleaning service, the cleaning fee you pay goes toward the exit clean after your stay, ensuring the property is refreshed for the next guest. Our housekeeping team will handle all linen and towel washing, along with cleaning any areas that need attention once you’ve left the rental. If you wish to have extra linen or towel changes or request a cleaning service during your stay, we are happy to accommodate these requests at an additional cost. We can also provide extra products such as toilet paper upon request. We encourage guests to keep this in mind when preparing for their stay.
