Attic apartment with private entrance at the top of a villa in Vaxholm with a central location and fantastic archipelago views. Perfect accommodation for a couple, friends or family with children in a quiet residential area with proximity to the city center, beach, nature and the entire archipelago. The space The apartment is 60 sqm and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a very small bedroom with a bunk bed. In addition, there is an extra bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room (see pictures). There are a maximum of 7 beds for a family with children, for adults only we recommend a maximum of 5 beds for convenience. Sheets, towels and beach towels are available in the apartment. The beds are not made. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. Large roof terrace of 150 sqm with sea view. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the penthouse with its own roof terrace. We ask our guests to respect other private spaces and the terrace/garden below the penthouse. Other things to note Barbecuing on the roof terrace is not allowed. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase.
