This unit is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath, kitchen, dishwasher, TV, Free WiFi, spacious private balcony, washer/dryer in unit. Enjoy abeautifully landscaped pool area complete with outdoor grills, shaded picnic area, showers, restrooms and chairs. The space Parking is located in front of your building. There is no reserved parking but plenty of parking available. This is an end unit and you have 2 flights of stairs before entering the unit. You walk in and the Master bedroom will be on the left side, bathroom and washer and dryer are all on the left side. Walk down the hall to the kitchen and open concept living area. The sliding glass doors open to the balcony ove looking the tropical landscaped pool area. Guest access Guest have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owners closet. Other things to note Our beaches are beautiful, and we have a gated boardwalk. There is plenty of beach area since we are only a 81 complex property. The pool area is the perfect spot for the sun throughout the day.
