Idylliq presents an exceptional family home in a green setting 1 hour from Paris and 20 minutes from Monet's gardens in Giverny! Old farm of 300 m2, carefully renovated while preserving the old charm. Heated pool from mid-May to September in a large 7000 m² garden ideal for children with frisbee, ball, croquet as well as tables, parasols and deckchairs. Inside, there is a games room, board games, TV room and fireplace to spend friendly moments in any season! The space ***Composition of the accommodation*** It can accommodate 7 adults and 3 children On the ground floor: - Large kitchen/dining room - Living room with fireplace - TV room - 1 bedroom with separable double bed and private bathroom The living room, dining room and kitchen open onto the courtyard and garden terrace, overlooking the pool. You can have an aperitif at the end of the day or share an alfresco meal around the large outdoor table, equipped with a plancha. Upstairs - 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed + baby bed - 1 bedroom game room with many toys and board games and a single bed These last 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. Direct access to garden Linens and towels are provided, as in all Idylliq properties. The renovation was carried out with care, preserving many original elements: tiled flooring, beams and wrought iron balconies... The garden is very large, many fruit trees, you can use them in season. The outdoor swimming pool is heated from Mid-May to September. Parties and events are not allowed. Capacity 7 adults + 3 children max. ***For families*** Many board games in the upstairs game room, and TV room on the ground floor. The very large garden is ideal for children who can let off steam there. Ball, frisbee, croquet available. You can eat there on the tables and chairs available in the summer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, garden, and pool. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to bring a pet into this house. Please take this into account for the smooth running of your stay and to respect the rules of the property. Please follow the pool opening instructions provided in the welcome booklet carefully so as not to damage it. At the bottom of the garden is a small shallow pond, if you come with very young children please take care that they do not go there. In winter, our houses are heated between 19°C and 21°C for your comfort and to preserve the environment.
