The space Our house has 11 rooms distributed over two floors; all of them with an internal bathroom, TV, ventilation system and different accommodation capacities. It has different common areas such as the TV area, interior terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen and laundry. This property is located 10 minutes from Juan Santamaría Airport, 20 minutes from the Costa Rica Convention Center, 15 minutes from the Pedregal Event Center, 15 minutes from the ANDE International Convention Center, and 5 minutes from the Fresh Market and restaurants with different types of food. Guest access It has different common areas such as the TV area, interior terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen, laundry/ironing room, and indoor parking until full capacity. Out of respect for all our guests, we have established quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Other things to note To access the house and use the parking lot, you must coordinate in advance (5 hours) if your arrival or departure time is different from the check-in and check-out time.
