Opposite the local Penguin reserve, beach, and the new coastal boardwalk. The home is situated in the CBD the gateway to Tasmania’s Northwest Coast, its central location ensures your time is well spent exploring Tasmania's coastline and natural attractions. Located less than 20 minutes to Burnie Airport, and 40 minutes to Devonport Spirit of Tasmania terminals, and Devonport Airport. There is something to do with entertainment for everyone, including walking tracks, beaches, mountain bike tracks, hiking, gardens, distilleries, and Penguin observation centre, with plentiful flora and fauna. Located an hour from Cradle Mountain and Stanley. The home is ideal for couples or extended families and friends. Offering fully self-contained facilities, accommodating up to 5 people, with 3 generous sized bedrooms. A study workstation/sunroom area is also located at the rear of the house, adjacent to the second bedroom. A perfect space to watch blue wrens, eastern spinebills, white eye and Tasmanian thornbills and more. Relax in our outdoor spaces in the garden, and on the northwest-facing deck with views of Bass Strait. Walking distance to Burnie Arts and Function Centre (400 metres), and 750 metres from West Beach Burnie. Guest access Off-street and undercover parking, for up to 3 vehicles onsite is available. The large backyard has fruit trees, to treat yourself when in season. Stay for three nights and receive a bottle of Tasmanian local award-winning wine and Anvers Chocolates. The house has a new kitchen, dining room, living room, modern bathroom with bath and shower, and workstation/sunroom. There are 3 bedrooms in the home, and guests will have access to the bedrooms they require when they contact the host. Guests will enjoy the home to themselves in complete privacy. Other things to note Short or long-term and corporate bookings are welcomed, and your special requests are invited and considered.
