It has a fireplace and air-conditioning (heating and cooling) in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen for greater coziness. It has a barbecue grill😋 Other things to note The house is on the 2nd floor, with access by stairs. The garage's electronic gate has a timer. Be careful with the automatic closing!
