The space The house was recently renovated with all new bathrooms and kitchen installed. It comes with 3 large bedrooms, the master has a super king sized bed, built in mirrored wardrobes and an adjoining ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. This bedroom has a mounted TV with access to various apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Bedroom 2 is large room with king sized bed and large inbuilt mirrored wardrobes, and a lovely view of the rear garden and driveway. Bedroom 3 is a home office space, with desk, chair and monitor. It has a sofa bed which folds out to sleep one person. Fresh bedding will be made available for all 3 bedrooms. A travel cot is also available, sleeping infants up to the age of 3. The lounge is a large, comfortable space with lots of seating. It boasts a real log burner stove. Firewood and firefighters can be found in the alcove cupboards and there are fire utensils available to light and maintain the fire. The lounge comes with a mounted TV and Sonos sound bar. This TV also has access to various apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Both the lounge area and bedrooms have modern shutters that can be opened fully or closed over for additional privacy. The Kitchen is spacious, light space with an integrated fridge freezer, Neff appliances for the inbuilt oven, combi oven / microwave and hob. The kitchen also has an integrated washing machine, dish washer and wine fridge. A breakfast bar and stools are available for meals. A high chair is also available for infants. The main bathroom has a bath / shower. It is immaculately presented and has storage in here for all additional towels / linens. The garden is a large, wraparound private space which encompasses the entire house. The drive way is long and easily parks 5-6 cars. Both the driveway and house have outdoor lighting that work dusk to dawn. It has a modern pergola with decking and day bed. This is a lovely little sun trap in the summer. There is a 6 burner gas BBQ that can be enjoyed by guests - notice of use will need to be made known so arrangements can be made for Gas canisters. The house also has an ICS electric car 7kw charger - so perfect for any hybrid or fully electric vehicles. However guests must provide and use their own charging lead. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire space with the exception of the cellar as part of this house which will remain locked. For long term guests, access to the attic space can be arranged to provide additional storage space if necessary Other things to note The house has a Hive heating system, heating schedule is preset and won’t be altered for short term tenancies - please note it is adjusted by season to reflect the temperature. Longer term tenants will be given access to the Hive system to adjust accordingly.
