The sitting room is comfortable and cozy space for entertainment and working alike . Guest access Guests can use all of the flat with the exception of pantry / cupboard in kitchen used for storage . There is however a brush and mop etc in there for your use Other things to note Please note as there is a camera on site to monitor how many people stay, more than 4 guests staying in the property will be asked to leave . Any guest found smoking in the apartment will be asked to leave and will also lose any payment they have paid for the full length of the trip. Any damages or extra cleaning required as a result of guest negligence will be charged extra .
