Apartment features: * Bedrooms: Three tastefully furnished bedrooms offer all the space you need to relax after a day of adventure. Clean sheets are provided + duvets and pillows. All equipped with connected TVs (Netflix included). 1 double bed 140 - 1 queen bed 160 - 1 bunk bed 90 x 190. + 1 folding crib available on request. * Living room: A spacious and bright living room, perfect for families or groups of friends. Kick back on the cozy sofa and enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV. * Dining room – Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Coffee and tea are available. As well as a raclette set and a caquelon for a Savoyard fondue. A large dining table allows the whole group to share friendly moments. High chair available on request. * Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, double sink and toilet. Clean towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer will of course be at your disposal. * An additional toilet upstairs * A 5 m2 terrace * A ski/bike room is available (shared with another apartment) Ideal location: Our apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, close to local attractions, restaurants and shops. As well as in the heart of ski resorts and mountain passes (between 15 to 40 min by car, depending on the resorts) Free street parking. PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is on the 2nd floor, without elevator access. No access for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, although the apartment is finished, please note that the outside of the building is still under construction. So don't worry when you arrive. We're waiting for sunny days to finish it. Free Wi-Fi and high speed. Pets: Furry friends are absolutely welcome. Just let us know beforehand. Guest access You have full access to the entire place, in complete autonomy.
