This apartment is located in a recently renovated 19th century mansion on a quiet street in the charming Santo Antônio Além do Carmo neighborhood. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with a normal double bed) and two bathrooms. In addition, guests will enjoy a balcony with a breathtaking view of Todos os Santos Bay. At check-in, we'll ask for guests' personal data. The space The apartment has a large living room, an en-suite with a king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be assembled to accommodate a couple), two full bathrooms (one in the en-suite and the other with general access), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the sunset. A fifth guest can be accommodated in the living room on an extra mattress. There is a small laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer in the kitchen. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and there are ceiling fans in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. The apartment also has a portable fan. Guests can also enjoy the books we leave in the house, we just ask that you don't take them away at the end of your stay :) Guest access Guests will have access to the common corridor and can visit the rest of the building along with the hosts. We call the building Casa da Fonte (House of the Fountain) because there is a fountain in the basement that dates back to the construction of the house in the early 19th century. Other things to note In the building, we are a family community, with some apartments rented on Airbnb and others permanently inhabited. Our upstairs neighbors have two dogs (tame), which guests will eventually meet in the hallway.
