Condominium and Condominium Rules: • Visitor badge: keep it visible in the vehicle throughout the stay in the condominium. • Check-in and check-out: the key will be available at the condominium entrance at the agreed times. • Guests: All guests must be included in the reservation. • Music and respect: as it is a family condominium, loud sounds or music with inappropriate content are not allowed. • Exclusive use for families: visitors are not allowed during the stay. • Parties: only small celebrations between guests are allowed, respecting the rules established here. • Playing on the balcony: for safety reasons, skateboarding, cycling or playing ball on the balcony is not allowed. Water and Swimming Pool Care: • Conscious consumption: our region suffers from periods of water scarcity; therefore, we ask for responsible use. • Before entering the pool: use the shower to remove sunscreen, oils and bronzers, as they damage the edge of the pool. • Objects in the pool area: do not use sharp or glass objects, such as glasses and bottles. • Pets in the pool: no pets are allowed in the pool to avoid damaging the vinyl. • Child safety: children must always be accompanied by an adult. Solar Heating: • The pool has solar heating, which uses energy from the sun to keep the water at a pleasant temperature, especially on sunny days. For effective heating, it is necessary to have sun throughout the day. On cloudy or sunny days, the temperature can be closer to natural. Enjoy the comfort and sustainability of this system! Pet Policy: • We allow small pets upon prior notice to the host in the reservation. • We ask that you collect the pet's feces in the garden. • Pets cannot enter the pool. When you leave the house, please close them again. • Sensors: the house has a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector for greater safety.
