Distances: -Rovaniemi center 12 minutes (9 km) -Ounasvaara Ski Resort 8 minutes (6.5 km) -Santa Claus Village 15 minutes (14 km) The space - Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms that can sleep up to seven guests. A travel cot is available on request. - It is possible to get security gates to the upstairs stairs, on a separate request. - Downstairs, a study with an ergonomic chair and an electric desk. The room can be converted into a bedroom for two guests if needed. - Upstairs lobby with children's play area and hobby equipment. There is a sofa bed in the room where you can sleep if necessary. - A bathroom with two showers. - Indoor sauna - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. It is an open space that is connected to the living room and dining area. - A living room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and large TV. - A utility room with a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. - In a separate yard building you will find a carport for the car and the front yard offers parking space for several cars. - Separate wood-fired yard sauna - Campfire in the backyard with stunning views. - Free and fast WiFi available throughout the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire yard and house. Other things to note Please let me know if you need extra beds. Mattresses are available. Sheets and towels provided. Pets are not welcome. You can't go on the ice on the river because of the weak ice. Cleaning - Final cleaning is included in the price, but the guest is obliged to maintain general cleanliness in the house. - For neglecting general cleanliness, we charge a separate cleaning fee of 500 euros.
