Vendor Policy To maintain the quality of our facilities and ensure your safety, all services within the villa must be arranged through our in-house team. The use of external vendors is not permitted and will incur a penalty of IDR 1,500,000. Staff & Services Our villa is fully staffed with a dedicated team including housekeeping, a gardener, pool maintenance personnel, and an on-site manager—ready to assist with anything you need. While the staff do not reside on the property, they are readily available when required to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. Guest access Road Access Please note that the villa is located in a secluded area with beautiful jungle views. Due to its remote location, road conditions are rustic—narrow, made of limestone, and may become muddy or uneven, especially after rain. There are no streetlights along the access road, so it can be quite dark at night. We recommend arriving before sunset and using a reliable vehicle. Nature Immersion Staying here means being close to nature. You may hear the natural sounds of jungle life, such as insects and geckos, who have lived in the area long before the villa was built. Bali’s tropical climate supports a rich ecosystem, so occasional sightings of geckos or insects are normal and harmless. We do conduct regular, gentle pest control to ensure your comfort. Electricity & Surroundings Due to the villa’s remote setting, electricity from the main provider can occasionally experience interruptions. Please be aware that this is beyond our control, and no backup generator is available. The jungle and land surrounding the villa are not part of our private property, meaning locals may occasionally pass through or use the surrounding land. While we have no control over changes or activity in the nearby environment, rest assured your privacy and safety are still respected. Please Note: There may be some noise in the area due to the natural surroundings or occasional nearby construction.
