Private Bedroom/Bath - 5 Blocks from Hopkins!

Just a five-seven minute walk to Johns Hopkins Hospital! The Blue Jay Shuttle will allow pick up/drop off in front of the home. The space You’ll have your own private bedroom with an electronic lock, and the bathroom is located inside your room for complete privacy. Guest access You will share the home with one other guest. The other guest will have their own private bedroom and bathroom which you will not have access too. You will share all other areas of the home- living room, dining room, kitchen, first floor powder room, washer and dryer (on bedroom level), and outside patio. Other things to note Check-In Requirement Please note that we require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us keep the home safe and secure. The name on your ID must match the name on your reservation. Utility Contribution A $200 utility contribution will be requested each month. Payment requests are sent on the first day of your stay and every 30 days after. The final month will be prorated if applicable. HOUSE RULES To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines for your room: Cleanliness: Please ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy and dispose of trash appropriately. Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during the quiet hours of 10:00pm-7:00am. Please be mindful of shared spaces and your roommates. Personal Property: Respect the personal property of others and ensure that your own belongings do not encroach on common areas. Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted. If you plan to have guests over, please inform your roommates in advance. Ensure that your guests respect the house rules and common areas. Security: Please make sure to lock the door and ensure all windows are shut and locked when leaving the home. Always lock your room door when you leave and verify that windows are securely closed when not in use. Shared Spaces: Respect common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Please clean up after yourself in these areas and show respect for others’ food and personal items. Smoking Policy NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside of the house or directly outside of the house. Respect and Communication: Communicate openly and respectfully with your roommates.
