It is a Loft-type duplex A-frame house, all equipped with a queen-sized sofa bed, a double Japanese-style mattress, a smart TV with Netflix, a patio, and beach access. The two duplexes are available for groups of four or eight up to ten people. The space The modern kubo is built with modern amenities , expect shared space when both units are occupied. It is located in a residential area and few steps from the public beach. Please do expect some signs of noise since it is a residential area and also please understand that this a build with wood so some sound can come through the other unit. But I assure you that amenities and the unit itself are comfortable to stay in.
