A MEGA listing featuring two separate themed homes, side by side! Travel back in time and hang with your family in La Nostra Casa, a prohibition themed home or read all about John Wayne at the Yeehaw Cabin. The two homes are set on a 5-acre man made lake & sleeps 29 total with 10 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms between the two homes. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN THIS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS. The space Each home has open concept upstairs and downstairs living areas. Both kitchens are very well equipped with many spices, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, coffee, tea, basic essentials (plates, pots, pans, glassware, etc). Almost every room in both homes has a smart tv in it (please make sure to bring your own login information). Both homes have hot tubs, wood burning fire pits (wood included), propane fire pits (upper decks) & propane grills (extra propane tanks provided). We provide towels for showering, striped towels for hot tub and beach as well as black make up towels. We have laundry rooms in both homes and provide detergent for you. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body & hand soap. Each home has a high chair and pack n play (please bring your own sheets) for the kiddos, as well. We have many outdoor games to play but please note the backyard is fully exposed to the sun during the day so if you'd like to be on the beach it may be in your best interest to bring beach tents or umbrellas for shade. You will have access to both hot tubs, kayaks, outdoor games, fire pits, beach areas, etc. Please reach out with any questions. Other things to note Please note, these are two separate homes that we own next door to one another. Which means your entire group will have access to both homes but please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours for around the lake. There will be a hot tub agreement that you will have to read and sign before receiving check-in information. *Please note, we do not allow children under the age of 18 in our hot tubs*
