The space The house is in a gated subdivision, with 24/7 security and guards. The house is situated close to the entrance/guard. The house itself has gates and private outside area , which can be used for outside dining - or relaxation. It also has an outside utitlity area (under roof) with washing machine and drying rack. Inside is a SMART TV where you can continue to use your own Netflix subscription etc from the couch. The dining area has a new furniture - you can see the quality for yourself on the pictures! Antique and modern furniture in the living room area. 2 bathrooms, each with hot water showers. Kitchen with gas stove and what is needed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, and working (or make-up!) area,¨ 3 split aircons with inverters; best brand. A peaceful area - still lively just steps away. Guest access The house is 100% at your disposal. Other things to note Our house is in Lynville Residences Lipa 2 next to the V6M resort, close to “everything” – perfect for your stay in Lipa, and perfect for golf-lovers (Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club). For Stays Over 14 days to have the whole house clean again, bed linens and towels replaced, and bathroom amenities replenished during your stay, there will be an additional fee of 1800 pesos per cleaning service. Cleaners could come every 7 day. You should pay the cleaners directly for their service. This way you get a clean and stressfreee experience. For guests that leave the house very dirty, as seen by the cleaners, there is an extra fee of 1800 pesos, to be charged after the stay. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette only allowed in the outside area. We have table and chairs outdoor. Please put your cigarette buds on our ashtray pot. Do not throw your cigarette buds outside the house gate. This is to avoid fire, and to help our community clean. If our cleaner noticed that guests violate smoking house rule, you will be charge of 10,000-20,000 pesos. Please turned Off the aircon and switch off the lights when you leave. If you need spare batteries for the remotes, you can find it under the tv rack inside the box. Extra bulb and neccesary tools are located in the kitchen side cabinet. During your stay, this is your home. Place all of your segregated garbage plastic bags into our garbage iron rack outside our house gate every night to maintain the cleanliness of the house during your stay. Extra bedlinens and towels are in the cupboard.
