Lovely cottage sits on owners tiny farm. This location gives you all the outside farm animals for animal lovers. Come relax and enjoy the farm. You will have , spilt floor plan, one queen fold out couch in the living room, and a full murphy bed in the other room along with the kitchenett and bathroom. Flatgrill, firepit, hammock, hottub/$25 heating fee per day , fenced area, Locations Crystal River, Lake Hernando, Inverness, Dunnellon, Homosassa, Bike trail, jump on Veterans Hwy go anywhere. The space Cottage that can sleep 4 , sits behind my home on our mini farm with animals that will come to the fence for treats . The cottage has a fenced in area for your pets. You will have your own gate opener for easy access on and off the property. The The cottage is 15/20 minute drive to Crystal River to swim with the Manatees or visit our Natural springs, take a boat or fishing trips in our gulf waters. Guest access The cottage is fenced from the rest of the farm , so if you have furbabies this area will be for you and your pets, please clean up after your pets and throw in outside trash...... Outside grill , Firepit, and Hammock for your needs and enjoyment Other things to note There is a pet fee of $50 per pet, No cats! unless you speak directly to me! A non refundable deposit would at that time will be discussed. Please put all remotes in the holders /or return to table. These remotes are not easily replaceable, if lost, missed placed, or broken there will be a fee of $50.00 for replacement.
