This apartment has been recently renovated (spring 2023) and offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine dishwasher and modern appliances in the kitchen. The dining area has a rectangular table and chairs for up to six people. In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV. There is also a sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment has two bedrooms - Both bedrooms in our apartment "Sand" have wardrobes for you and your guests to easily organize your clothes and luggage. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and therefore we have designed the apartment to meet your needs. The largest bedroom has a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. A glass window also provides a beautiful sea view from the bed. The second bedroom has a wardrobe, a double bed, and a single bed. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom. On the terrace, there is a dining table that seats up to six people - perfect for a nice dinner or a relaxing moment at sunset. The ferry from Split to the island takes about 50 minutes and a catamaran takes about 30 minutes. Nečujam is located 8 km from the port of Rogač and is connected by buses. The whole island is peaceful and green, offering a tranquil environment for your holiday.
