She spent her final years making music at Carli’s Cafe in Old San Juan, and this was her refuge, her place to come back to. Incidentally, Carli’s Cafe still exists. Carli, the owner, was the pianist for the Beach Boys for many years. He still entertains nightly at the piano, so this is the place for great live jazz piano music and excellent meals. Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment with panoramic beach and ocean views. • A freshwater pool. • Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Secure parking for one car for your exclusive use. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of check-in. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Additional Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential building.
