Penguins @ Sea in Private Nature Reserve & Beach

This open-plan beach house with swimming pool and Hot Tub is located on a private nature reserve and private beach, West Coast and is just a 45 minute drive from Cape Town. Guests can explore a series of walking trails, as well as enjoy bird and whale watching, all within a 5 minute walking. There is also various entertainment, pool table, table tennis and dart board. There are also a variety of attractions and popular restaurants and tastings to choose from in the surrounding areas. The space The available accommodation is made up of 3 Bedrooms and a 4th room with queen size sleeper coach with pottery and painting equipment. This room is ideal for the kids to game. The house also consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge and patio area that has stacking glass doors. Guests are encouraged to make use of the refreshing swimming pool during the warm summers and the cozy fire place in the winters. The house has a full solar system. Braai and fireplace wood are supplied. There is also a weber but charcoal is not supplied. There is a ice maker in the scullery and some basic spices in the kitchen. Washing powder, dishwasher tablets and cleaning chemicals are also supplied. Guest access Guests will have access to a well maintained swimming pool on the property with a view of the ocean on the horizon. They will also have access to all private walking paths and beaches the nature reserve has to offer. Other things to note Guests can do pottery and painting which can be supplied at an extra cost. Pottery that is made can be fired in the kiln.
