Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home only a 4 minute walk to lewes road Sainsbury’s and 10 minutes from moulscoombe universities. Pubs and bars near by, corner shops, buses, 25 minute walk to Churchill square and Brighton beach. Small double room in a shared houseshare - 8 bedrooms. You’ll have your own fridge space and cupboard - this can be shown via video. With a back garden big enough for exercise, yoga, or to sit at the table and enjoy your morning tea. The space Guests living here are young adults - students and professionals. They all do their own thing but if you wanted to socialise I’m sure someone would love a chat! Guest access You’ll have private access to your room - 5 (third floor) shown on private video. Two shared bathrooms with showers, one on your floor and the other on the second floor, kitchen downstairs, living room and garden During your stay I will be available to answer any questions at any time, mostly between 8am-11pm through Airbnb/ my phone number Other things to note This room is also available for long stays up until August/ September Parking spaces are for permit holders only but it is free parking from a certain time range, I will confirm Fresh bedding, including sheets, duvet, pillow cases and towels will be provided
