The tub is set against a beautiful backdrop bringing a touch of the tropics to the Derbyshire Dales! Cromford is a picturesque and historic village, home to independent shops, cozy pubs, and the famous Cromford Mill, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A short drive away, Matlock Bath boasts delightful cafés, ice cream parlours and the iconic Heights of Abraham, where a scenic cable car ride leads to stunning hilltop views. If visiting in autumn, don’t miss the Matlock Bath Illuminations, featuring dazzling boat parades and fireworks every Saturday in September and October. The magnificent Chatsworth Estate is also just 10 miles away. As you arrive there is a private driveway allowing space for 2 cars (there is other free parking in the village also) there is a flight of external steps from the parking area to the front door. Inside, a beautiful glass balustrade staircase leads into the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, designed for relaxing and entertaining. There is a spacious kitchen island, with seating for six. The perfect space for gathering over a celebratory meal. Housing a wine fridge and pop up speakers from the Island. The cozy lounge invites you to unwind on snug sofas, all while admiring the stunning views over Cromford Pond. Smart TVs with Disney+ and Netflix are available in the lounge and two larger bedrooms. The bed can be erected in one of the larger bedrooms as a stand alone single by prior request. The modern family bathroom features a small bath, overhead waterfall shower, sink and toilet.
