Relax in this quiet, stylish space! The Mar Bello building is just a few meters from the sea, just cross the main avenue of Intermares and you arrive at the white sand and blue sea. The pool is on the penthouse, which has a beautiful view! On the ground floor of the building there is a mini market and outside there are some shops such as a barber shop, clothing store, laundry, and more. Walking you can reach supermarkets and bakeries further ahead! The space The flat is on the 4th floor, unit 417, has an elevator and on the penthouse there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view! It has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, a compact kitchen equipped with a minibar, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and blender, pots and utensils for your practical meals. A bathroom with an electric shower. Bed and bath linens are provided. The penthouse has a swimming pool and an area with tables and chairs to enjoy the breathtaking view. There's a mini market on the ground floor. Rotating garage, if full, there is possibility of free parking on the street. Everything you need to feel at home! Guest access Our concierge is 24/7. Before your arrival we will pass on your documentation and upon arrival you just need to identify yourself. The access to the apartment is by elevator and the key is picked up at the entrance. The penthouse has a swimming pool and an area with tables and chairs to enjoy the view (pool maintenance every Monday). Rotating garage, if full, there is the possibility of free parking on the street. Other things to note In a few minutes walking/by car you reach the beach, bars, bakery, supermarket, gym and pharmacies. For longer stays, we provide extra housekeeping if necessary paid in-part directly to our partners. Accommodation Rules: 1. No smoking inside the apartment. 2. Visitors are prohibited. 3. Only people registered on the reservation are permitted overnight in the apartment. 4. When you leave, make sure the lights and air-conditioning are off. 5. Do not use the elevators in swimwear or if you are wet. 6. Remove excess sand from the beach before returning to the apartment. 7. Take care of our linens, as damages and difficult stains will be charged. 8. Parties/gatherings are not allowed inside the apartment, respect quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). 9. At Check-out, organic waste must be removed from the apartment. 10. Accidents happen, be sure to report if you damage something inside the apartment. 11. If you forget something, we'll return it to you! The service fee is R$100,00 + freight/packing of the post office. 12.
