Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property Other things to note Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay. Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. 1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. *if you do not have any reviews or average under 4 stars we will require a $500 refundable security deposit **Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions. 2. There are security cameras in the front and sides of the house. They are triggered by motion. 3. Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay. 4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine. 5. POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. -Heating the pool is $85/day Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night **additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay be will cost an additional fee. 6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. 7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide a copy of their ID. 8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers. HOA Rules & Fines Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay.
