Motorized black out curtains with remote control to maximize rest during daytime. Wardrobe cabinet with 2 bath robes and wooden hangers. Vanity table with stool and lighted mirror. Living Area: Sofa bed: the couch can be easily converted into a sofa bed and sleeps comfortably for up to 2 pax. 55" HD Smart TV with wall mount that can be tilted 30 degree left & right, 180 degree up & down and 120 degree plane rotation for the best entertainment experience. Netflix, YouTube Premium, Disney+ & HBO Go are all available. For additional entertainment, you can use PlayStation 5 for free. Guest access Pool can be used from 6am-10pm daily except Mondays. Please send us a message in advance if you intend to use the pool. A pool voucher will be given by our staff for 150 each for regular day and 300 during holidays. Only up to 2 persons are allowed per unit to swim per SMDC. We have a dedicated parking slot. Pay parking is available at the ff: Air Residences basement parking, Air Mall, The Rise, Assembly Grounds Mall Other things to note Kindly avoid cooking anything that might leave a foul smell inside the unit such as dried food, anchovies etc We take care of the sheets & towels so may we ask to avoid any stains at all times. Each stain on the towel will be charged 500 and 1,000 for the sheets & duvet. Security deposit of 1,000 will be asked by our staff upon check in and can be given either through cash or Gcash. Avoid making noise and give consideration to your neighbors. Once a complaint has been lodged at the admin office, a noise penalty will be charged of 1,500 per incident.
