Bring your family and friends (sorry, no pets) to a great place with a lot of room for fun and relaxation. Sit by the river and enjoy peaceful sunrises and sunsets, visit one of the many wineries, spend the day at Geneva-On-The-Lake, drive to see covered bridges, or just hang out while you are at SPIRE. You’ll love it here! ❄️Our patio is “winterized" during the snowy months. Typically ranging from October-April. Access to the patio furniture may be limited and will be available in May The space There are 4 bedrooms and two pull outs which sleeps a total of 15. Main floor - Master: Queen bed with en-suite Sitting Room: Full- sized pull out sofa Upstairs rooms - Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Full sized bed Bedroom 3: Full sized bunk beds with twin size trundle Bonus Room: Queen-sized pull out sofa We have plenty of space to eat! We have a formal dining area, informal dining area and countertop seating. Kitchen is recently remodeled with everything needed to entertain. There’s a number of rooms available to relax in all equipped with tv access. We also have a book loft to enjoy. Bring yours to swap out for one of ours. Games, games and more games…. We have some for all ages and stages! For the best part of our property, sit outside and enjoy the Grand River. Our property is less than a mile from a boat launch. Bring your kayak or head to the nearby livery to enjoy the river. Just want to stay in then sit back and enjoy our outdoor entertainment area includes outdoor seating, BBQ grill and fire pit. Please note: this home is on a well-water system. Water is filtered and safe but may have a different taste or smell than city water. For your comfort we do have separate filtered water for drinking. Guest access Entire home & yard. We do not offer river access.
