Sunrise Surf Pad

Sunrise surf pad is a private, peaceful and relaxed place for you to feel on holiday from the moment you arrive. Spend the afternoon in the saltwater pool, lounge with a book in the sun, or BBQ while sipping margaritas as the sun goes down - whatever holiday you are after, this spacious pad gives you and your guests plenty of great outdoor spaces to enjoy. 10 minute walk to Sunrise beach & easy 5-10 minutes drive to Hastings street. The space This is our home, so it's fully kitted out with all the things you will need for a relaxing and easy holiday. The ground level of the property has the living areas - including the outdoor entertaining & BBQ area, a large saltwater pool and plenty of shaded areas to pull a bean bag up and read. The ground level also hosts the lounge, dining and kitchen with large wooden doors that open to the entertaining area. The kitchen is well equipped but note that it doesn't come with a dishwasher. This living area has plenty of surf inspired books to read, speakers to play music, and a comfy couch to sink into at the end of a long day at the beach. The ground level also has a laundry as well as bedroom 1, with an ensuite bathroom & shower. The second floor hosts three spacious bedrooms, all with comfy queen sized beds and wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom between bedroom 2 & 3, and bedroom 4 (the master bedroom) has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has a beautiful lush outlook in the morning and adjoins a large wrap around balcony overlooking the hinterland that is set up with comfy cane loungers to have your morning coffee, yoga stretches or evening glass of wine watching the sunset. Just a stroll away is Sunrise beach or in the other direction, the sunrise shops for any essentials. Guest access You will have access to the whole property to enjoy. Other things to note We provide a projector for watching films etc at night, however we don't have a TV, so if you would like to watch movies etc, please bring your own laptop to plug into the projector.
