This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. The parking area is next to a picturesque view of the sun setting and rising. It can hold up to three (3) cars. The entire space can comfortably fit 17 people, but you may compress in up to 20 people with an extra mattress at NO extra cost. Visitors are not permitted in the utility room or caretaker's area. The price range for a December staycation for 20 people is ₱15,000–17,000 a night. If it's more than 20, add ₱500 for each person and night we will supply additional beds. Bookings for more than 20 people will not be accepted. There is a nearby store. Booking The 3018 & A Houses means that you have read and agreed to the rules, as it is part of AirBnB's standard requirements for every transaction. Please see the Additional Rules portion of our listing. Our check-in time is 3:00pm - 12:00pm. Early check in is subject to availability and has a charge of PHP 800 per hour. Our check-out time is 12:00nn at the latest. We do NOT allow late check out. Children 2 years old and below are not included in the headcount. Airbnb only allows to input up to 16 guests. Please send us a message if there will be more than 16 guests staying overnight. Only registered and paid guests are allowed entry. Day guests have a rate of PHP 500 per head for up to 6 hours visit. As we are still in a residential area, there is an Anti- Noise curfew during 10pm onwards as to not disturb the residents of the barangay. Pets are allowed. We politely remind you to bring all of your cooking supplies or make any necessary purchases before checking in, as our caretakers are not allowed to leave the property and occasionally need to attend to urgent matters.
