Looking for an immersion in local Martinican life? Unpretentious, our apartment will be ideal for travelers looking for authenticity, encounters and discoveries. On the other hand, if you are looking for a hotel service, great comfort or a swimming pool... we will not be able to satisfy your wishes, but only offer you our kindness. On the heights of Fort-de-France, our apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. It is fully equipped. The space Important Things to note: - NON-SMOKING accommodation: you will need to leave the apartment, go up the stairs, and smoke on the street if necessary. - ventilated accommodation, but NOT AIR-CONDITIONED. It has everything you need to meet your expectations during the holidays, or even a business trip. This individual accommodation includes a separate entrance and parking space. For your comfort, you have a high-speed internet connection (via Fiber Optic). Speed greater than 50 Mbps/s. Extra charge: - Washing machine available: €6 per machine Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, as well as the covered terrace for breakfast and meals. Other things to note The neighborhood is a quiet and residential area, on the heights of Fort-de-France. It is located: - 15 min walk from the city center (for young children or people with walking difficulties, the car or bus are preferable because the access is steep and difficult). - 10 min from the nearest beach (by car). - 30-45 min from the southern beaches (by car). - 45 min from the north of the island: Volcano, Saint-Pierre (by car) Centrally located and ideal for touring the entire island. Regarding your arrival in Martinique: - 15 min from the airport (by car, depending on traffic). - 15 min from the cruise port (walking) Public transportation: - the bus stop at the end of the street (200 m) will allow you to reach the city center of Fort-de-France, in about 10 minutes.
