Our house comprises three bedrooms, one of them a suite. All have a double bed and air conditioning, offering comfort to guests. The property has three bathrooms, an air-conditioned living room and a barbecue area for leisure. The garage holds up to three cars. The house is complete, with kitchen utensils, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Located in the center of Itapema, 400 meters from the beach, close to markets, bakeries, shops, squares and restaurants.
