Short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and cruise the island, see what nature has to offer. You must set up the water taxi to come over. Dock 44. One queen size bed and 2 futons in the living room. All kitchenware and linens are new. The big deck outside is great for morning coffee or sunbathing in the afternoon and BBQing for dinner... Home has central HVAC, internet, fully furnished, new 75in TV's, beach chairs, washer/dryer, cornhole, hammocks, in front of free boat docks, etc. Guest access You will be given the code to the lock box the day of arrival. Please place key back when departing and shut off the HVAC system. Thank you and enjoy your stay. Other things to note Please turn the HVAC system to 80 degrees and shut all lights off.
