Welcome to your water view retreat! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a serene escape with breathtaking water views from your private terrace. Backyard features a salt water pool and hot tub for sunny days, a grill for outdoor gatherings, and a fire pit for starlit evenings. Inside, an open layout provides room to relax. You'll also have direct access to the first beach which is a short walk away. A short drive takes you to Newport's shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The space Wide open layout 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with balcony. Large master bedroom with full bathroom, double vanity and separate room for the toilet. Eat in kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. There is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water and pool bathroom. Bed Sizes: King Queen Full Twin Twin The pool and the hot tub are open as much and long as possible as long as it is warm enough. The salt water pool is heated. We try to keep the pool open for as long as possible into the fall as it is heated but it is not guaranteed if it’s gets too cold or if there are maintenance issues that don’t resolve right away. Hot tub is open year round, but is also not guarantee in case there are maintenance issues that take time to resolve. Sometimes things are out of our control. Guest access Guests will use a passcode to get into the house. Please only use the unit that you have rented and don’t go into the other unit, or the basement. Other things to note The pool will be open as long as possible. Hopefully into October if it is warm enough. The pool is heated. The hot tub is open year round. Although we try to keep the pool and the hot tub open for as long and as much as possible the pool and the hot tub are not guaranteed if there is some service issue, or the weather gets too cold.
