Charming Camper near Santa Fe

Newly renovated modern & spacious camper is located on a private gated 3.5 acre property in historic and beautiful Española River Valley, surrounded by 200 year old cottonwood trees and a running acequia. Located only 27 miles from Santa Fe, 24 miles from Abiquiu, 43 miles from Taos, 21 miles from Los Alamos, 12 miles from Chimayo, and 90 miles from Albuquerque, this relaxing & well-equipped camper provides the perfect getaway and home-base for your stay in Northern New Mexico. The space THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAMPER: The camper operates on a tank system. The toilet paper provided is the ONLY thing that can be flushed. It is specifically designed for the tank system. If any other items including flushable wipes, tissues, or sanitary products are flushed IT WILL CLOG THE TOILET and will require an additional maintenance fee of $100. The hot water tank provides about 15 minutes of continuous hot water for showering and needs about 1 hour to reheat another tankful once it runs out. When there are 2+ guests staying considering showering at different times during the day or allow enough time in between showers to insure a full 15 minutes of hot water. Additionally, there is a shut off switch on the shower head that can be used while shampooing or soaping to help extend the showering time. In the colder months, specifically during a hard freeze weather advisory, the water pressure may decrease in the mornings and should return to normal around noon once the sun has been up for a bit. We provide drinkable bottled water to help through morning routines such as brushing teeth and making coffee in the event that water pressure has decreased. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are not left unattended. Additionally, pets should be accompanied while walking on the property. We suggest using a leash or e-collar as the property is not fenced in.
